Have you ever paused to think about what's truly driving the outcomes in your life – where your beliefs originate, the ones that shape your thoughts and words? Contrary to what you may think, it's not your conscious thoughts, decisions, or plans that steer the ship of your life. Instead, it's the often-underestimated powerhouse known as the subconscious mind. It's like this underground operating system that quietly pulls strings and determines how we think, feel, and act. It’s true – 90-95% of our existence is just a product of this hidden program.
And get this – it's not like we signed up for these programs consciously. Nope, most of them were downloaded into our brains before we even hit the age of seven, courtesy of the people and experiences around us. So, if we're not careful, we end up living out these pre-written scripts, often working against what we truly want in life.
The thing is, when we're just going about our day, thinking we're in control, bam! The subconscious takes over, running these old programs like a broken record. And guess what? Most of these programs are negative and don't exactly align with our goals and dreams.
It's mind-blowing how much of our life is shaped by these subconscious beliefs – and a lot of them are seriously holding us back. You know, stuff like "I'll never make it big," or "I'm not smart or hardworking enough to succeed," or even "I'll never be truly happy because that's just how I was raised” or “Being unhealthy and exhausted is just a part of life”. These beliefs are like invisible chains, dictating what we can and can't achieve.
And here's the kicker – until we shine a light on these limiting beliefs, they're going to keep us stuck in this never-ending loop. Over 90% of the thoughts you had yesterday, you will have again today – and yet we still wonder why we remain stuck. Well, my friends, it's time that we stop wondering and start tackling the issue head-on because whether it's our health, our finances, or our dreams, these beliefs are the gatekeepers to what we perceive as possible.
Your subconscious mind is the architect of your destiny, crafting the blueprint for what's possible in your life. But here's the exciting part: once you rewrite that blueprint, you can unlock a whole new realm of possibilities – the very goals you've been striving for. Altering this blueprint will require loads of self-awareness as you begin to confront the old, automatic, and outdated operating system – the one that has kept you stuck for so long.
We hold the key to change, and it all starts with challenging those beliefs and rewriting our subconscious script. If we truly desire to break free and create a new reality for ourselves, we must begin by taking a long, hard look at these old beliefs. We need to question them, challenge them, and then have the courage to kick them to the curb. It's only by confronting and discarding these limiting beliefs that we can pave the way for personal transformation and growth.
